Order Processing
When you place an online order with Belati, we commit to ship your order within 24 hours of receipt!

We will confirm receipt of your order by email and, when we ship, we'll send another email containing the tracking number.
You will be notified promptly if there is a shipping delay for any reason, such as credit card processing error/failure or item not in stock.
On occasion, multiple items in an order will be shipped separately.

Shipping
Shipping will range between $4.00 and $15.00.
International shipping for orders less than $150.00 will be calculated based on location, using the most cost-effective method.
Delivery time ranges from 3 to 5 days--remember, we ship within 24 hours!
If rush shipping is required, please select "Next day shipping" and we will guarantee the speediest delivery.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Return Policies

  • All full price merchandise can be returned, an RA must be requested within 2 days and return package must be received by us within 5 days from when you received your merchandise. 
  • All items must be in original/unworn condition with all original tags and labels attached, including shoeboxes, hangers, etc.
  • Sale items discounted up to 30% off that are returned will receive a store credit only.
  • Sale Items discounted 40% or more is final sale and cannot be returned.

A RA (RETURN AUTHORIZATION) MUST BE REQUESTED WITHIN 2 DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR ORDER.
THE COST OF RETURN SHIPPING IS PAID BY THE CUSTOMER.

  • Please note that due to the large quantities of products in some returns which we need to restock, we charge a 10% restocking fee that will be subtracted from all returns worth more than $300.00
  • Any order that a customer decides to cancel prior to shipping will be subject to a 4.99 cancellation fee.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order.

Return Process
Please be sure to read our Return Policies, above.
If for any reason you need to return a product, please request an RA (Return Authorization) from us prior to return.

  • Please be aware that items returned without an RA may not be properly credited.
    Please email customerservice@belatikid.com to request an RA.
  • Please allow 7-10 days from our receipt of your return for your refund to come through.
  • Absolutely NO drop-off returns will be accepted. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Exchanges
We want you to receive the item you want as soon as possible! Therefore, in order to assure the availability of the desired item and to receive it more quickly, we recommend that you place a new order for the correct size/item you need and ship back (return, per the above information) the incorrect one.

We strongly recommend sizing up on our knit collection.
